Responsible Gaming at 88fb1
We believe gambling should be fun, not a burden. 88fb1 provides practical tools and guidance to help every player in Bangladesh stay in control.
Gambling Should Always Be Entertainment
At 88fb1, we take responsible gaming seriously. Betting on cricket, exploring slots, or trying live casino games are all enjoyable leisure activities when approached with the right mindset and within personal financial limits. Problems arise when gambling stops being a choice and starts feeling like a compulsion — when a player chases losses, borrows money to fund bets, or hides their gambling behaviour from family and friends.
We have built a set of practical player-protection tools directly into the 88fb1 platform. These tools are available to every registered player at any time. If you feel that your gambling behaviour is causing stress, affecting your relationships, or damaging your finances, we encourage you to use these tools or to contact our support team immediately. There is no shame in asking for help — we are here to support you.
Tools to Keep You in Control
88fb1 provides the following responsible gaming tools. To activate or adjust any of these tools, contact the support team via the email address in the footer of this site.
How to Activate a Limit or Time-Out
Requesting a responsible gaming control on 88fb1 is straightforward. Follow these steps to activate a limit, time-out, or self-exclusion on your account.
Contact Support
Send an email to the 88fb1 support team at the address shown in the footer of this page. Use the subject line that matches your request (e.g. "Deposit Limit Request" or "Self-Exclusion Request").
Verify Your Identity
Include the mobile number and email address registered on your account so the support team can verify your identity before applying the restriction.
Specify Your Request
State clearly which tool you want applied, the duration (if applicable), and the limit amount (if requesting a deposit cap). The more specific your request, the faster it can be actioned.
Confirmation and Activation
The support team will confirm your request within 24 hours and activate the restriction on your account. For self-exclusion requests, activation is processed as a priority and takes effect within the same business day wherever possible.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually. It does not always look like what you might expect. The following signs may indicate that gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone you care about.
⚠️ You may have a gambling problem if you:
Bet more than you can afford to lose, or spend money that was set aside for rent, food, bills, or family needs.
Chase your losses — continuing to place bets in order to win back money you have already lost.
Feel anxious, irritable, or restless when you try to reduce or stop gambling.
Hide your gambling activity or the amount you spend from family members or close friends.
Borrow money, take loans, or sell personal belongings to fund your gambling activity.
Find that gambling is affecting your work, studies, sleep, or personal relationships in a negative way.
If any of these apply to you: Please stop playing immediately and contact the 88fb1 support team to request a time-out or self-exclusion. You do not need to explain yourself in detail — simply state that you need a break and our team will act quickly to protect your account.
Understanding Self-Exclusion at 88fb1
Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available on the 88fb1 platform. When you request a self-exclusion, your account is closed and your ability to log in, deposit, or place bets is permanently blocked for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods start at a minimum of 6 months and can be set to indefinite. During the exclusion period, 88fb1 will not send you any marketing or promotional communications.
At the end of a self-exclusion period, account reactivation is not automatic. The player must contact the support team and complete a reinstatement request, which includes a cooling-off period and a confirmation step to ensure the decision to return is considered rather than impulsive. 88fb1 takes its obligation not to facilitate gambling for self-excluded players very seriously, and attempts to create a new account during a self-exclusion period will be identified and blocked.
Important: Self-exclusion applies to the 88fb1 platform only. If you feel you need broader support, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified counselling service or mental health professional in Bangladesh. Removing yourself from one platform is a positive step, but professional support can make the process of recovery significantly more effective.
Protecting Minors from Gambling
88fb1 is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21. We employ age verification checks at the point of registration, and additional KYC verification may be required at any point during a player's time on the platform. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
If you share a device or internet connection with children or young people, we strongly recommend that you use parental control software to prevent access to online gambling platforms. Free parental control tools are available for Android and iOS devices. Keep your 88fb1 account credentials — username and password — private at all times and never share them with anyone under the age of 21.
Report underage use: If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created an account on 88fb1, please contact our support team immediately via the email address in the footer. We will close the account and remove all associated data as a matter of priority.
